With numerous seminars and workshops every semester (social skills, methodological skills and personal skills), ZQS/Key Competencies support students from all subject areas in dealing with the challenges they face in their studies and prepare them for the more generic requirements of their future professions.
Topics include learning strategies and working methods, presentations, communication, academic writing techniques, intercultural skills, project and process-based work, as well as job applications and getting started in your career.

Seminars with credit points
- Registration: 18 September to 3 October 2024
(drawing of participation and waiting list places on 4 October 2024)
Students who have not received a permanent place during this period can register again for free places from 4 to 16 October 2024; the draw for places on the waiting list will take place on 17 October 2024. Please note that you can only take part in one seminar per semester.
