Please note that not all of the services provided by the ZQS/elsa can be used free of charge. Our general offers are available to all teaching staff and students at the university free of charge – however, the provision of intensive support and guidance in the implementation of learning scenarios or examinations, and the production of media and recordings are charged according to the actual time and expense involved. Costs may also be incurred for projects that might be set up jointly with other institutes at the University to implement special requirements.
