Confidently into the tutorial: Subject-specific support, learning guidance, representation of one's own subject – tutors have multifaceted tasks in supporting courses. To help them prepare for this, the ZQS/Key Competencies offers special training courses and personal consultation hours – which are also conducted by peer tutors.
In addition, we train peer tutors who work as advisors at ZQS/Key Competencies.

Training programme schedule
Procedure
The first block covers general theoretical and practical basics on peer learning and counselling. Alongside this, or before the training starts, there are seminars on the basics of counselling and learning together as equals.
The second block covers area-specific topics and strategies and is highly practice-oriented. At the same time, peer tutors observe events or counselling sessions to gain initial practical experience. In later practice, tutors continue to be supported through regular exchanges and learning processes.
