Teacher:
Elisabeth Noemi Sperber, ZQS/Schüsselkompetenzen (Lernwerkstatt)
Language/Format:
This face-to-face workshop takes place in English and on campus. The room is specified in Stud.IP.
Course Content:
Exams are approaching, and perhaps your preparation is not going quite as planned. If you are feeling stressed, under pressure, or dissatisfied with your current study habits, this workshop offers practical support to help you regain structure and focus.
The workshop will focus on realistic planning and effective approaches to organising your individual exam preparation. We will also explore strategies for managing stress, overwhelm, and exam anxiety, while identifying ways to build small moments of recovery into everyday life during demanding study periods.
Through reflection and discussion with fellow students, you will gain new perspectives on what is already working well and where improvements may be helpful.
We look forward to seeing you there!
