Course Content:
Professional project management is the foundation for successful projects. Key elements include experience in planning projects, coordinating work within projects, monitoring progress, managing cultural differences and team conflicts, ensuring effective communication and information flow, and controlling schedules, costs as well as performance.
In this seminar, various topics on project management are summarized in a way that participants can learn them practically or deepen their existing knowledge. Participants will learn and practice the key elements of how to plan and manage projects in the industry.

- know all project phases in chronological order.
- are able to clarify and draft objectives.
- can analyze the project environment.
- develop a comprehensive understanding of project management principles and build a solid knowledge base.
- know how to fulfill the role of a project leader both methodologically and socially.
Study Performance:
Regular attendance and active participation, involving in practical exercises, reflecting on practical exercises, presenting of work results, completion of possible tasks between the course days. Seminar language is English.
