Course Content:
Being a student is a full-time job that comes with a lot of responsibilities, demands and stresses of its own. Many students also have a part-time job and some are living in a new country for the first time. All of this requires additional resources.

How can students manage these different roles and its requirements and also lead a balanced life? By learning early on how to set goals and by organizing and managing time. This can help to stay focused and motivated. It also sets up free time and energy for things we enjoy and matter to us. We will also focus on how to develop resilience for coping with new and different challenges of our VUCA world (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous).

Learning Goals:

  • Setting goals, priorities and time management
  • Coping mechanism for dealing with stress and ways to develop resilience
  • Collecting a set of tools and strategies that are fitting for individual needs and personality.


Study Performance:
Regular attendance and active participation, involving in practical exercises, reflecting on practical exercises, presenting of work results, completion of possible tasks between the course days, seminar language is English.
