Quality Goals

The central focus of the quality strategy of Leibniz University Hannover is on clearly defined quality goals derived from the Mission Statement and Development Planning. These goals are oriented towards the student life cycle and study programmes.

The quality goals include:

  • Facilitating a successful transfer from school to university
  • Development and presentation of competitive and attractive study programmes (profile, research, recognition, internationality)
  • Teaching excellence (development of teaching and learning environments)
  • Creation of good study conditions (organisation, consultation, support, transparency)
  • Competency orientation
  • Career orientation in study programmes and teaching for successful transfer into the world of work
