Mutual didactic stimulation in teaching and student engagement: In co-teaching, we design a course together – from planning and implementation to evaluation and further development. This combination of subject-specific and interdisciplinary content allows key study and career-related skills to be taught in an optimally integrated manner.

Co-teaching with subject teachers specifically promotes key skills in students. This collaboration enables the development of practical skills such as teamwork and communication directly in the subject context and creates a diverse learning environment. In this way, students receive optimal support throughout their studies and are prepared for professional requirements.
