Multiple crises, fake news and conspiracy theories, the rise of misanthropic attitudes, civil society under strain, declining trust... Democracy is facing numerous challenges. It relies on the commitment of competent citizens to find solutions and actively shape society.

This is where the Summer School comes in: With civic education and creative problem solving, LUH students of all disciplines get the opportunity to explore the foundations of democracy, as well as develop their own solutions to regional challenges in the Hannover area.

Join in and make democracy more vibrant!
