At the Leibniz University Hannover, we advise students from all subjects through their entire studies to their career – right from the first semester! Take advantage of our open consultation hours on campus or make an appointment for a personal consultation.

No personal consultation at the ZQS until further notice

Due to the actual situation in the context of the Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 there will be no personal consultation / open consultation hours and the ZQS will be closed for public until further notice.

If you need advice, please contact us via email and we will arrange an appointment for a telephone call or give you further information via e-mail. You will find the contact information on the following topic pages.

Professional help so you can help yourself: Advice Guidelines

The individual needs and resources of the students are the focus of counselling sessions. The conversations are confidential. Our advisors have the necessary training and qualifications for the task. They update and present their knowledge in working groups and at conferences (in Lower Saxony, nationally and internationally). They maintain strong ties to academic practice and the labour market and ensure the high quality of their advice through continuous intervision and exchange with colleagues. If necessary, they refer students to suitable counselling institutions inside and outside the university.
