The E-Learning Support team is available to assist you via email or telephone with the use of Stud.IP, ILIAS and BigBlueButton, as well as with evasys and evaexam. In our FAQs on online teaching and online exams, lecturers will also find practical answers to frequently asked questions.

If you have any questions or issues regarding the mycampus campus management system, mycampus Support is here to help. As your first point of contact, we will take your enquiry via email or telephone, answer common questions straight away, and refer more complex cases to the relevant specialist teams. We also use your feedback to continuously improve mycampus.

Open Source Development Network

In addition to providing practical support in day-to-day life, we are also committed to the further development of the learning management systems Stud.IP and ILIAS.

The Open Source Development Network (OSDN) is an inter-university project dedicated to the sustainable development of key open-source infrastructures for study and teaching.
