The aim of the working group is to make current developments in the field of key competencies at universities in Lower Saxony transparent through regular exchange, thus enabling members to benefit from the experiences of other universities.

The csnd e. V. is committed to developing and ensuring standards for the professionalisation of career service work and to providing its members with task-specific training. In addition, the association acts as an interface for all those involved in the process of shaping the transition from university to working life and as a point of contact for international partners (NACE, AGCAS, FEDORA etc.).

Securing skilled workers is a key task for the future for all stakeholders in the Hannover region. In order to attract and retain the brightest minds, common goals and strategic approaches are necessary. Leibniz University is working with other partners in the Hanover Region Skilled Workers Alliance to improve the interfaces between Leibniz University and employers.

The Society for Writing Didactics and Writing Research promotes writing didactics in higher education, research, practice, training and further education. It represents individuals who teach, advise, mediate and conduct research in universities, schools or in private practice, particularly in the field of academic writing.

Netzwerk Tutorienarbeit an Hochschulen
The Network for Tutorial Work at Universities serves to comprehensively examine and further develop tutorial work and tutor programmes in all their facets at universities in Germany. Here, those interested in tutorial work and employees from academia, university administration and continuing education (especially in university didactics) who are active in the field of tutorial work meet to exchange experiences. The Tutorial Work Network places particular emphasis on exchange and cooperation between universities and universities of applied sciences and on the participation of students in these processes.
